Pastor Carol Ellis, continues the vision that the Lord gave her late mother, Pastor Isabell McKoy Ellis. A vision of the galaxy full of bright and lesser bright stars which represent souls at different levels of light or knowledge.. Then the Lord told her mother to go to the city and cry Holy. 

Her father, Bishop Clifton Ellis, a man of faith, financially supported the move from NC to Washington, DC with their five small children.
